Professional Fees For Mediators

  • All Mediation Meeting Fees are payable by both parties in advance to the Mediation Meeting.
  • All Document Preparation Fees are payable by both parties in advance to being released.

Our mediators are charged out at an hourly rate, that will vary depending upon experience, seniority in the market and circumstances of the case.

The hourly rate is agreed with the parties prior to the mediation and before any fees are due. If parties would prefer a daily rate, please telephone to discuss.

Durations may be set according to the number of parties or complexity of the case.

Our mediation suites are located in Central London, Kent and Essex.
