I was contacted by Pam to start mediation to discuss access for my daughter to see her father and his family. The situation was very complex and tense. I recently contacted Pam Hatfield for mediation due to an issue with access to my child. I had previously spoken with a number of other mediators, and found them to be unhelpful, and disinterested. Fair and affordable
I contacted Pam Hatfield for mediation after my ex stopped all contact with my daughter. During our first meeting, Pam was very easy to talk to and understanding. Pam was professional and provided me with lots of information on how mediation could help with my ex to co-parent our daughter. Unfortunately, my ex would not agree to mediation and refused point blank to even try one joint meeting, although I offered to pay her mediation fees! This is not the mediators fault that my ex refused mediation. Pam signed off my form to make an application to court. My ex was summons to attend court and I turned up and presented my case as a litigant in person representing myself. I now have a Child Arrangements Order that allows me to have regular contact with my daughter. So far, so good, my ex has stuck to the Child Arrangements Order. Pam was extremely helpful, informative and supportive. I would be happy to speak to anybody about my experience should you find yourself in a similar situation.
